Adobe Capture not updating libraries

Question

I am using Adobe Creative CLoud 2026. I have been using Capture for some time to create shapes for Fresco, and it worked flawlessly with the exception of a few glitches when I make too many. Now I am having an issue with Capture on. both my iPad Air M2 and my iPhone 15 Pro Max. MY libraries no longer update and I cannot create any new shapes. This is happening on both my devices. I have tried signing out, and even removing the app entirely and reinstalling it to no avail. I need some help or advice please! This is really annoying and I would like to continue to create new shapes for Fresco.

I have checked the libraries in Creative CLoud AND in Illustrator, and they are not being updated by Capture. My library files are updated in Illustrator and Creative Cloud app and online, but they do not update to or from Capture.
