Adobe Capture now not working at all.

I posted earlier regarding an issue about how my captured images are displaying in my CC Libraries.

That said I decided to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Capture on my Android phone. It now is not functioning at all - keeps stopping and when it does capture a shape it doesn't allow me to choose a CC Library to save it to - it defaults to and shows me a folder from 2019.
