Adobe Capture patterns not updating in Photoshop

I have created some patterns using Adobe Capture, but they never appear in my Photoshop Library.

I have made sure that I am signed in with CC on the app and in Photoshop.

I have done this in the past and have had no problems, it is only recently that the patterns do not appear.

Can someone please advise me?

Hi Gail.

Great. That's the first step. I'd like you to try a couple of things to see if you can force a sync:

* First, go into Photoshop. And open the Libraries panel. Make sure you're in the same library that contains those assets. Then tap the CC icon in the Libraries menu bar and see if those patterns will sync.

* If that doesn't work, try signing out and signing back in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Here's how to do that:

Close Photoshop. Then tap the CC icon in the menu bar on your computer, then the avatar icon, then Sign Out. Restart your computer then sign back in to the CC Desktop App.

Let me know if either of those forces a sync.

Hi Folderolgirl.

Sorry those assets aren't syncing. A couple of things I'd like you to check:

The first thing I'd like you to do is sign in with your Adobe ID to  https://assets.adobe.com/libraries and see if all the work that's in Capture, including those Patterns, show up there.

Also, what version of Photoshop are you using?  To check that launch Photoshop and choose Photoshop CC > About Photoshop from the menu bar to launch a pop-up stating the current version.

Let me know what you find.

Sue.

Hi. Thank you for your response!

I'm using Photoshop CC (20.0.5) with Windows 10. I went to the suggested

URL -  My patterns etc. are there!
