    Hi everyone.

We just posted a beta version of Adobe Shape for Android.  The beta is open to everyone.  We'd love to hear your feedback.  Here's how to get it:

    (1) Visit the Google+ community for Adobe Android Apps - Community - Google+

    (2) Request to join.  (we will try to approve your request within 24 hours)

    (3) After you join, you will find links to Adobe Color, Shape, and Brush on Google Play.

    (4) Install the apps, give them a try, and let us know how they work for you by adding a comment to the community.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi all,

I wanted to download Adobe shape and brush onto my phone but seems my device is not compatible with it. Which is strange as it is a Sony phone, lt30p, with the latest android, jelly bean version ( I think it is the latest, usually my phone downloads the updates).

Some people also complain, buying some 500 £ tablet, that just came out, and it is also not compatible with the apps.

So the questions is, has someone actually got an android device that make shape and brush work or compatible with those apps?

Sorry Adobe, it is great that you developed it, but I just cannot accept that you are not suggesting any brands or devices. And please dont come with the, you cannot suggest devices, as you do suggest iPhones and iPads (apple products).

So which android devices are good? I suppose you had some test devices?

A bit strange that a quite high end Sony phone is not compatible.

I would like to know when this will be available for any other platform other than iOS.  Android please.

Sad to see that since November 2014,no answer has been given yet to this question. Adobe has no interest in Android anymore. I purchased Photoshop Touch since some time now, and I'm still waiting for a real update. Seeing where Snapseed has gotten to with their recent version 2.0 upgrade, I think they should forget about Android altogether, because Android users have forgotten about them since quite some time now.

I really hope so. I'm pretty tired of major companies catering only to iOS customers.

Android has around 75% of the smartphone market share now, so it's not about catering to a majority. Whatever the logic, it comes off as a slight.

I'm disappointed this can only be used on iOS.

If I could use this on Android devices, it would quickly become a favorite.

    Hurry up Adobe!

This is lame. I too use android and hate ios. There was several mobile apps available on android until adobe pulled them. It pisses me off. I pay for the Adobe CC and would like to take advantage of the mobile functions too. Besides. iphones and ipads don't have a real stylus like the Galaxy Note and Note Tab. Way to be lame Adobe. Also you can at least have the curtsy to have someone reply to this thread and tell us all why or give us a big FU
