Can not download Capture App to my Galaxy S24+ phone.

On Google Play Store - Adobe Capture app page -...

It says "This app is available only for your other devices".

So... no dowmload for the Samsung Galaxy/

Another 2 android devices I own will allow the download.

How can I get Adobe Capture on My Galaxy phone?
