Hello I have downloaded (twice) the app but when I want to connect I have a blank screen wtih the only possibility to close the window.

I am on a galaxy note 8 up to date.

I can add that the connexion trough FB or Google account give the same blank screen.

Any ideas ?

Thx

Charles

I tryed to touch the screen and suddently the boxes to enter login and PW appeared….

Like if the infos were here but transparent.

Though the screen was active and has felt my finger than the infos were available...

    Weird.

I did loged and now no more problem….

    Hi Charles.

I'm not sure what's going on; I haven't heard of any other problems with this. A couple of things you can check:

    * Try signing in over a different wifi network than the one you're currently using.

    * On your Note8, go to Settings > Apps > Capture > Clear Cache / Data then sign out of Capture, restart your device, then try signing in again.

Let me know if neither of those work so I can ask the Capture team for assistance.

    Sue.

    Charlie.

That's super odd. Nevertheless I'm glad you were able to sign in.

Thanks for letting me know everything's working now.

    Sue.
