capture activation

I am attempting to install the Capture app on my iPhone 6. when I tap the Capture icon. it goes through a loading message, then installation, but I cannot open the app. It continues to go through loading again and installation again, but never actually opens on my iPhone. Does anybody have a solution to this problem?

Hi Danny,

Sorry for the incovenience caused to you. Can you please help me with few details about your iPhone 6?

1. What iOS is installed on the device as Capture is not supported on iOS 12? Make sure you are using iOS version 13+

2. What is the used storage & free storage on your device? Make sure that the device has atleast 250MB as free storage

3. What network are you using (cellular Data or wifi). Try switching to a good wifi network to download the Capture Application as sometimes cellular data is not enough to downnload the app.
