Capture Files Won't Save

Hi everyone!

Capture is not saving my work. The save button can be depressed but it will not save. I have attached 3 short videos (they are safe and not corrupt), showing 3 different processes:

What'sApp Video 1. I am trying to save but it will not. Then, I backed out of the work to show the viewers here that the file that I created to save this particular work is indeed in ccLibraries. But there are no files because Capture will not save them.

Trying to Save as a Shape Video. Going through the process of trying to save the file upload as a shape - will not save.

Trying to Save as a Graphic Video. Going through the process of trying to save the file upload as a graphic - in this video, it did save, but past ones have not.

For the record, just now, I tried the process again as a shape and it finally saved. I am logged into the correct account, iPhone 15 up-to-date. WiFi working. For this same graphic, whether I try to create the image as a graphic or a shape (I need shape because I will be animating the file in Adobe Animate), the problem is the same: Capture sometimes saves, other times does not. Whether it saves or not, this 'bug' for lack of a better word, is disruptive and time consuming to my work flow.

The problem is inconsistent, as I have been able to save other creations, but not all. So, the problem is intermittent.

Am I doing something wrong? For the purpose of converting this image to an animation in Adobe Animate, I thought I needed to convert the image to a shape. Does it matter? I need to have the background removed.

I noticed another thread from a few years ago with a similar topic but no final solution was offered.

A solution would be most welcome. Thank you! 🙂
