Capture Folder for Photoshop

I am having issues with the capture folder.  Every time that I take a new picture, it will open up a new capture folder instead of going to the one that I have set up.  I have updated the software.  I am not sure what I am missing.

    Just wanted to check because I can't determine from your post and want to make sure your post is in the correct forum:

    Is this happening with Capture (the mobile app)?
    Or is this something that's happening in Photoshop?
