Capture Library won't sync with desktop apps

    Can you provide a lot a lot more detail to help us help you?

    On the mobile side:

    1. What hardware platform?

    2. What OS version?

    3. What version of Capture?

    4. Are you signed in to your Adobe ID?

    On the desktop side:

    1. What hardware platform?

    2. What OS version?

    3. What CC app, and what exact version?

    4. Are you signed in to the same Adobe ID?

    On the web:

    1. Can you go to assets.adobe.com and sign in to see your Library items?
