Capture won’t open

Capture will not open in iPhone IOS 14.2 since update.  It was working normally today prior to update.  The app appears to launch and I get this screen, but nothing happens when I click on "continue with Adobe".  Have deleted app and redownloaded, offloaded other apps to free up space, turned off phone and rebooted, tried launching from Creative Cloud instead...no luck.
