Hello,

I am not an Android user, but looking at your phone's specifications, it uses a 6.1 platform, while Adobe Capture requires a 7.0. Again, I am a complete illiterate in Androids, but my take is that your platform needs an update, nothing that can be done on this end, I am afraid.

Check with Nubia users too, my penny on this.

Hi,

have you checked if your Device has the system requirements? Also it can help to update old hardware. Hope that helps.
