Export As Button Adobe Capture missing

Friends of mine who are using the Adobe Captire are finding that they have no “Export As” button after tapping the “Share Shape“ button, and they are even using an iPhone like me. Is there a reason behind this? Is it fixable?

    Hi William,

    I believe there could be a version difference of the app if the device is same and the application works fine on your device.

    Also, I tried to check on my device (which is an android one) and I too am able to get the export as options.

    Hi Huckewn.

    To expand on what Sheena's said... The option to Export As is an option that's only going to show up for Creative Cloud subscribers.
