HELP! Android phone quit syncing files to Cloud this week!

***UPDATE I was able to copy all 188 assets from their original (non-syncing) folder into a newly created library folder.

Expected Results: each new file created in Capture CC be immediately be synced/ uploaded to Creative Cloud.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create a new file (I created a new pattern > had correct Library as default > select Save)

2. select X in lower left to open Libraries

3. At the top, use drop-down arrow next to defaulted library name, to display all Library names.

4. Go to Creative Cloud either via browser or from Cloud desktop app.

 

Actual result: (Syncing has quit altogether.)

In the drop down librarys, listed on the phone app, it does display the correct number of assets in my currently defaulted library (and each pattern I created displays as expected too.) However, none of these are displaying in Creative Cloud. And some of the files from the previously defaulted Library are now missing in the cloud.

 

Actions previous to this issue occurring: 

1. still have Adobe AI installed on pc but quit my PS Subscription 2 weeks ago.

2. had HP updates occur on pc last week, including BIOS and other updates

3. android phone, LG 6, may have had updates done to it.

4. checked my storage limitations in Cloud and am way less than total capacity allowed.

5. ALL 188 assets were created and saved while not on wifi, and with limited data available, however no error occurred while saving. 

 

Questions:

1. Does Adobe Capture REQUIRE Photoshop be installed for any reason?

2. What setttings should I check for syncing to be reestablished?

3. How can the existing files on my phone be synced up at this point?

 

** update: I created a new library today and everything I created today, was synced as expected. Yet none of the 188 files created previously this week has synced at all.
