How do you resize a word logo as a pattern in Adobe Capture?

How do you resize a word logo as a pattern in Adobe Capture? When I go to pinch the image and it gets smaller, I let go and it goes to it's original size. Please see attachment. Note: I'm a novice; please be kind.

    Sorry for the late reply. Currently, the only way to fix this is to capture your word log again and this time focus capture camera to cover expected area.
