I have problems with Adobe Capture because it does not save the files that I generate [2021]

I have problems with Adobe Capture because it does not save the files that I generate. The option to save is available, the pressure and the sign "Saved" appears but does not save. The same happens if I want to generate a new library. I have an iPhone 7, any help?

    Hi Myrian,

I had the same issue with iPhone 15. The issue is about syncing adobe cc with capture, sometimes the save disabled because the synchronization was not ready or completed and such which leads to break saving button.

Here is how I fixed it.

    - close Capture.

    - open the app again, and click on the cloud Icon located on the top right of your main menu.

    - it should say  Adobe cloud synced

    - if not, open Adobe cc at the same time and log-in

    - I suggest creating a new folder instead using the default folder as well.

if this didn't work, I suggest deleting all folders inside Capture. If this did not work delete the App and install it again. I'd this did not work, delete the app, restart the phone and install it again.

    hope this helps 🙂

I have same problem saving capture files to cloud: I tried to save library called "Tools1 installers" it worked for while(have 10 items there stored through adobe capture). then couldnt save anymore programs shows saved  but files  wont show up in cloud. Now I changed destination library to "Your Library" and it works.

I wonder is it possible to recover saved files? I made quite lot of materials and svg before noticing they re not saved to cloud. And now I have feeling that I cant trust adobe capture because of this issue with saving failing even when it says file saved.

I just realized that when saving in Adobe Capture when I choose cclibrary to save your shape I can see number of assets in libraries my library "Tools1 installers" shows 40 assets. When I go to cc check that library I only see 10 assets there.

    please perform following steps:
    1. Go to Gallery.

    2. Select Library "Tools1 installers".

    3. Perform force sync (drag down).
    4. Check cloud icon -> rotating (syncing), stopped(synced) or some error

    Hi Myrian.

Sorry things aren't working correctly. I have a couple of questions soI can better understand what's going wrong:

    * When you're trying to save, where are you try to save to? And in what format are you trying to save?

    * Also, when you sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries does all of your  Capture work show up there?

    Please let me know.

    Hi sue

When I generate a file in adobe captures such as a brush, one pattern, or another and I try to save it in my Adobe Claud library, it tells me that it saves it but the file is not in the library.

In the Adobe Cloud Library, there is what I am saving from my notebook but the files that I generate with Adobe Capture from my cell phone are not saved.

At this moment I am updating the cell phone software to see if this solves it.

    Thanks for writing

    Myrian.

That sync to Creative Cloud Libraries should happen automatically as long as the app is  connected to a wifi network; you shouldn't have to actively "save."

If you're not seeeing any  of your Capture work when you sign in to  https://assets.adobe.com/libraries, make sure that you're signing into Capture with the correct log-in credentials (many people have more than one Adobe account and/or more than one way to access it).
