I love capture, but Libraries wont sync from phone captures errors on shares, exports.

I have really come to love capture and rely on it heavily, inc wanting to teach it....probably in ways that most people aren't using it for,

but it errors out on export or shares, and worst problem is my libraries wont sync... a core feature for adobe.... ive since upgraded, in part to use fresco and gain storage... and still no help.
 I am madder than hell, that the support was so unhelpful and inept when I did call in with the sync problem I've added a new library, helped some, but neither sync properly so all my elements on my phone arent found on my iPad, library, which is really maddening because I cannot use the pattern builder. 😞
