I'm trying to get Adobe Capture on my OnePlus 13 phone but it isn't showing up in Google Play. I have all the requirements needed to download but it's not there for me.

I didn't see OnePlus 13 on the white list. Not able to download Adobe Capture for a class I'm taking.
