Hi,

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. This is a known bug and we are working on a fix for same. You would have faced a crash earlier, on relaunching the application, the 'send report' alert got triggered and got blocked by the helping tip.

 

Could you please try uninstall/reinstall capture app? Hope this helps.

Thanks. Uninstalling and reinstalling it fixed the problem
