LG Q9 is not compatible.

Required android version is 6.0. but Q9's android version 8.1.0.

    Sorry for taking so long to respond, I had to check with the Capture team about this.

    For some reason this device had been disabled in the PlayStore. But the team has enabled it. Try installing it again and let me know if you're still having trouble.
