My captures dont save

Whenever I try to make a capture svg the file doesn't save to my folder. If I look in the folders list it creates a new folder each time but the folder is not viewable and the app says it is read only contact the owner. Who is the owner if not me after I created it?

    have you tried the steps Laura has mentioned? If this does not help try to log off the app and maybe reinstall it. Hope that helps.

    Double-check to make sure you are logged in on your correct Adobe ID.

    By default Capture saves the shape to the last library you saved to (or the default My Library, if you don't have an existing library). You can create a Library by tapping the plus icon in the upper right of the Libraries screen.

    Or, choose the library you want to save to on the Libraries screen, by tapping the library to open it before tapping the camera or import icon to create your shape.

    If you are creating libraries that you suddenly don't have access to, you may have an issue with your account access. Try restarting the app, making sure you are logged in to your account, and if this doesn't resolve it, contact Adobe.
