No puedo ver algunas formas en mi biblioteca

I'm sorry you're unable to see all of the shapes in your library. I have a couple of questions:

* Are you not seeing the shapes when you look in the library on your device? Or are you not seeing them in the Libraries panel of other applications (like Photoshop) or when you sign in to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries? Please sign in to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries and check whether they show up there.

* Do you have more than one library where these shapes may have been saved? 

* Do you by any chance have more than one Adobe ID/Creative Cloud account? The libraries from one account cannot be viewed from a second account.

* How many shapes are missing? And how many shapes are in the library (approximately)?

Please let me know what you find so I can help figure out what's going wrong.
