Problème de génération d'animation vidéo

Bonjour,

Lorsque j'essaie d'utiliser la génération de vidéo animée, j'ai un message d'erreur qui aparait,
J'ai le problème depuis plusieurs jours.
Est ce que l'un d'entre vous a déjà eu se soucis et connais une solution ?
Mes vidéos ne se génèrent pas du tout.

        When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
        There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
