swatches from adobe capture

How do I get the swatches from adobe capture/photoshop, out of the program so that I can share them and use them in another program?

    Or check and sync your library where youve created them.

    But Having started using capture on my phone. I imported to ipad and only 200 of mine imported vs the 1000+ assets ive created. I also got an error when trying to export to Illustrator...but again. I dont have loaded on my phone..so if youve got the programs on same device export should work.
