Type tool font preview and save not working

The iOS Adobe Capture type tool will come up with similar fonts, but the preview says “preview not available”. It also won’t let me save anything. (See picture below)
I’ve tried live capture with the camera and uploading a picture, different fonts, different phones. I’ve tried restarting, logging out and in, turning libraries on and off. My account has adobe fonts access. I’ve tried on WiFi and cell data in the U.S. Everything I’ve tried has the same issue. If you know of a fix please let me know!
