Question

I have placed the order for Adobat Acrobat on 20 Mar 2016, I have difficulty to download the software while online.  The order no. is 11842041459 and the amount I paid is 3917.5.  However I didn't manage to download it.  I talk to your sales team and she said the order is pending while the transaction shown in my credit card is sucessfully made.  Could you please send me the download link for re-download again?  In addition, I place another order on 21 Mar 2016, the order no. is 11849218259.  Could you please cancel this order then?
