3D PDF, how to make the sticky note icon visible at all times?

Basically,

I have a 3D model

and i need to add sticky to identify certain parts of the model...

i have started adding sticky notes and inserting information etc...

the one problem i have, and this is my lack of experience in this field....

i have the comment list... ok.... when selecting one of the sticky note from the comment list, it appears....

and up to here... everything is fine....

problem is when i deselect sticky note... they all disappear

when i zoom out they all disappear also....

when i select a sticky note that was not in the view, the other sticky note from previous view disappear...

i need to be able to have the sticky notes little icon i placed around the model always visible, i dont care about the pop-up

already the rollover shows the content of the stick note and that is fine... if needed they can open the pop up...

anyone cares to help?
