52 Text fields how to move text values downwards to add a "clean line"

e.g. i have 52 text fields

i write something on text1, text2, text3, text4... text30

now i want to add somethings that I forgot on text 2 and move all values on text fields one text field down

e.g text1 keeps its value

text 2 its clean

text3 has the text2 value now

text4 has the text3 value now

text4 has the text4 value now

.

.

.

.

text31 has the text30 value now.

this can be accomplished? also he same will happen where I want to add a clean line...
