A bright colored box is on my book, on every page. How did it get there and how do I delete it?

I have a book I'm trying to upload. I downloaded windows 10 and acrobat. When we made it into a pdf file your logo is on every page of my book, telling me my trial period is up. How did this happen and how do I delete it.

Please let us know the dot version of Acrobat and OS installed on your system.

Are you using Acrobat Trial version?

Is this issue occurs only with this file?

Could you please also share the screen shot of that logo appears on PDF.

I finally had to delete acrobat out of my control panel. It was a free trial version. After that happened I decided not to buy it. I just downloaded windows 10 and bought word 16, somehow it all may not be compatible.
