Access Acrobat Sign API portal

Hello,

I've paid an Acrobat Pro license, and I want to be able to use Acrobat Sign API for production purposes.

The documentation says we need to create a developer account

https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/index.html#get-a-free-developer-account

When I try to connect using my adobe ID

I'm systematically redirected to acrobat pro :

I need to access Adobe Sign portal in order to get an OAUTH token.

Any idea ?

Thanks

Hi nnnax77,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response.

Your Acrobat Pro subscription includes the Acrobat Sign individual plan. You may use the Acrobat Sign feature within the application. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html

However, the Acrobat Sign individual plan does not have the integration feature. To use Acrobat Sign API, you will need the Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan.

You may create a developer account to test the integration feature. However, you cannot use the same email address that is used to purchase/ register the Acrobat Pro subscription. That email address is automatically registered for the Acrobat Sign individual plan, which is part of the Acrobat Pro subscription. You cannot have the same email address for the two Acrobat Sign accounts.

Please use a different email address for the developer account.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
