Acrobat 10 will not open

Question

I upgraded to Windows 10. Now I cannot launch Acrobat. Cant reset it. Cant find a paid phone number for support. Spent hours on forums and Adobe... I have a project due and cannot open or find support. Can somebody please tell me how I can contact a human at Adobe. Or please tell me how to RESET ACROBAT 10.
