Acrobat 11 Activation on New Computer After Deactivation on Old Computer

I have uninstalled Acrobat 11 on my old computer and tried to install on my new computer with W10. When i enter the Serial Number on the new install, it tells me it is invalid. I have entered it with and with dashes, lower case and upper case letters, verified 0 vs O, (ZERO vs. Upper case 'o'), and i have verified it is DEACTIVATED on the old computer.

What can i do?

I have also tried to register on Adobe.com, with my Adobe account, and i cannot even get to the registration page.

Thanks for your commentary.

No matter what I did, I could not get it to work. I found the Adobe CHAT option on 22Aug16, and RAMESH G. was there to save the day. He was able to verify i had properly DEACTIVATED both of my allowable copies and walked me through the process. Apparently it was my mistake, but we got through it.

Thanks Meenakshi for your help.

Hi WeedWhackerDood

Please refer the troubleshooting steps provided in this KB doc: Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite

If it does not resolves the issue, please share the screenshot of the exact error message you get.

Regards,

Meenakshi
