Acrobat 8 is using the wrong email person in the "sign" section

I purchased the product and used my email for everything. I'm trying to sign a document and everytime I hit "sign" it puts my husbands name and brand new email address in the file. We haven't even used adobe since he got this new work email. How do I get my name back?
