Acrobat 8 Professional installation problems on a new PC (Windows 7)

Hello

I replaced my PC with a new one and just cannot install the Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional software on the new PC. The installation process is blocked when inserting the Serial Number. It doesn't work even if I try to install the program from the original disk.
