acrobat 9 standard. Change license to new computer.

Question

I had to get a new computer since my old one died.  installed on new computer and it will not let me use my license from the old one.  Says I have to disable from old computer.  Which I cannot do!  How do I recover my license?

I'm not sure about that. I think Adobe only sells online downloads, but maybe there's a boxed version offered in some shops.

Assuming this new computer has a new OS you have a problem because Acrobat 9 is quite old and not compatible with any current OS.

At any rate, only Adobe can help you with this issue if you exceeded your allowed number of activations, but they're not likely to do so if you're running it on a non-compatible system. Worth a try, though...
