Question

Acrobat constantly freezing

Hi,

I have multiple users currently on Adobe Acrobat Standard v. 11 that have their Adobe's freeze up every couple of weeks. The fix is to run a repair but only solves the issue until the next time Acrobat freezes. This occurs when a user opens a PDF making them unable to print, edit or do anything. In order to close out of the frozen session they need to kill Acrobat via the task manager. Anyone ever have any issues similar or find a fix?

The issues have occurred on both Windows 7 and 8.1 machines. Adobe Acrobat Standard version 11.0.11

Hi danbenz,

Open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & check for the updates.

Update it to 11.0.14 version & check if it still freezes.
