Acrobat DC cannot extract the embedded font - August 2nd Patch did not work

Hi,

I attempted to reduce the file size of my pdf by using the advanced optimization menu this morning. When I did, I received a "cannot extract the embedded font..." error. Through some searching, I found that Acrobat has released a hot patch for this error. I updated my Acrobat DC, but I'm still having the error pop up.

Note, I did check the font family in Font Book and received no errors. Is anyone else still having this error or am I missing something?
