Acrobat DC cannot print PDF to desktop

Hi, the OS ia MS Windows 10, fully uodated.

When I try to print a PDF to desktop, the PC stalls.

The link you sent me offers no help for my problem.

Please tell the OS you work on.

What exactly happens when you try to print a PDF.

Is there any error message?
