Acrobat DC(continius) - allways show navigation panel

In acrobat 11pro navigation panel was allways shown. Is it any way to get navigation panel be always shown in acrobat dc?

Im working with scan documents and it is the most usabel tool in Acrobat. It is difficult for me to pres F4 every time(about 10000times a day).

Would like to inform that there is no possible way to permanently hide that panel,in this way the interface is designed.
