Question

Acrobat DC continually asks for subscription to be "purchased" this is already done.

After uninstalling, reinstalling, and signing in and out of CC 4 times, each time Acrobat DC is opened the "subscription expired" message appears and makes the program completely unusable as anything but a viewer.  Windows 10 PC.  This needs to be addressed immediately because it is obvious others have the same problem.  There is no reason a paid subscription should be unavailable to the subscriber.

did this ever get solved? I was on live tech support through chat for about 4 hours. They did everything that I was told to do on this forum, which I had already tried, to no avail. They then told me that they had to push it farther up the tech support chain they didn't what else to do, that someone would contact me within 48 hours. 5 days later nothing.

Hi Grgareus ,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused .

Please try these steps mentioned below :

  • Rename the SLCache folder to SLCacheold, present at the following location:    Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

  • Rename SLStore folder toSLStoreold, present at following location:    Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

Then try to launch  and check with the acrobat program .
Let us know if this helps .

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried those steps and was told to reinstall Acrobat, which I did.

The problem re-appeared as soon as I opened the program after the installation, I received the red circle, "subscription expired" message on the main Acrobat screen.

Any other suggestions?

I am having the same issue on a Mac and have reinstalled several times with no luck.  Is there a way to contact Adobe directly to have ;this issue resolved as I am paying for a service that I cannot use.
