Acrobat DC crashes in output preview window

I noticed this was discussed last year and supposedly fixed in an update. Well I'm seeing it now, Acrobat DC is crashing when in output preview window and a color is hidden. Anyone else seeing this? Already tried to trash preferences and start from a clean slate, still crashes.

The setup is brand new iMac 27" Retina 5K, OS X 10.11.3, the latest Acrobat DC through Creative Cloud and Pitstop Pro 13.

Hi Macster80,

Please check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Please check after reinstalling the application to replicate the issue .

Hi Yatharth,

Just wondering if there was an outcome for this? I notice this is a reply to something a few months ago, just been putting up with it but now could do with getting it fixed.

My output preview keeps crashing Acrobat too, everything up to date although still on 10.9.5 as reluctant to upgrade with mixed reports on latest OSX. Don't think this makes a diff because theres still reports of it happening on 10.11?!

Acrobat Pro DC up to date through Creative Cloud and otherwise running fine. PitStop Pro 13 up to date and otherwise running fine. Just the output preview being a pain with 60-70% of pdf's. Have cleaned pref's and started fresh but still happens.

Kind Regards,

Neil
