Acrobat DC Mac - Ruler Guides Not Visible When Moving

Hi Adobe,

I just installed the latest version of Acrobat DC 2015 - 2015.010.20056 and Ruler guides are still not visible when gabbing them from the ruler or moving them on the page. When will this be fixed?

This was logged by one of your employees on the forums as bug back in July 2015 and then has been 2 updates since then. This is a big problem for those of us who use Acrobat on the Mac especially when checking PDF files for production.

Please advise when you will fix this simple but glaring bug - please.

Hi Adobe,

This bug was logged back in 2015! Any chance of a resolution of what is seemingly a simple bug, but affects we end users greatly in doing our job efficiently and accurately - Its really quite a long time to wait, please It would be great to have fixed this century :-)

Regards,

Grant

Hi GG_Dynamix, [ Mod: full name removed and replaced with user name ]

Thanks for the report.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused at your end.

We would require a few more details.

1. Version of OS X Macintosh installed on your system.

2. Complete dot version of Acrobat DC installed on your system.

3. Is your Acrobat DC  updated to the latest release?

You are right for the fact that a similar issue was reported previously and was fixed at our end last year itself.

And we would try our best to resolve your issue as well.

Thanks,

Onkesh
