Acrobat DC PDF printing document size to paper size

I just started having a problem printing booklet PDFs to Acrobat DC from InDesign. The problem started with every file printed to PDF after 18 August 2016. I have Show art, trim, and bleed boxes selected, but the PDFs since the date mentioned do not show any boxes, and when I look at Set Page Boxes in Print Production, art, trim and bleed are all listed at the paper size and not the document size. I had no problem with booklet PDFs made prior to the 19th. And this issue appears to only affect booklet PDFs as my other-than-booklet PDFs are fine. I have not changed any of my settings and I've now tried several different settings to no avail. Anyone else have this issue?
