Question

Acrobat DC Pro is terrible.

The new interface is confusing. Productivity is hampered because of all the steps required to get to a task; there's no way to save frequently used signatures (I often sign for multiple people in my office - with authority, of course) - but ADC saves only the last signature used; there are many annoying pop-up dialogue boxes that have no "do not show again" check boxes; the save as function is also multiple steps to get to the file I need!

I'm exasperated! No wonder it's $5 cheaper a month. Should be free!

I am going to figure out how to go back to Acrobat Pro XI.

I apologize if this is the wrong Community for this post. I just needed to vent!

Hi ,

I am sorry however you must be using the same signature for signing different documents.

How are you signing the PDF' ,through Fill&Sign option or Digitally?

Also what pop ups are you referring to?

The Save As option gives a dialog box wherein you need to type in the file name and select the location where you wan to save the file.

This is the ideal behavior.

If you are experiencing something more you could let us know ,we would assist you with it.

I am signing through Fill & Sign.
I get a pop up every time I attach a signature that says something about attaching a signature to a form results in the inability to edit the form. I only need to read this once, not every time I attach a signature.

The Save As dialogue box in Acrobat XI Pro opened the the last folder in Windows Explorer. Now I get a dialogue box that gives me a list of recent files but if my desired file isn't there, I have to click "Open Another Folder." This is way more steps and decreases productivity!

This is NOT the ideal behavior.
