ich habe 2 Fragen zu Acrobat DC.

Wie kann man Dokumenteneigenschaften für jedes einzelne pdf speichern?

Und wie kann man die Druckeinstellung für jedes pdf anders einstellen?

You can change the properties of the document and save the document.

In the properties you can also specify some printer settings.

Open the document in Adobe Acrobat and use the menu File > Properties...
