Acrobat DC Standard does not show Autodetect Color Mode

Acrobat DC Standard does not show Autodetect Color Mode, or other modes when I try to Scan to PDF. The scanner shows up on the list of devices in Custom Scan. I've downloaded the current drivers, but nothing seems to work.

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi jeffr26028806,

If you are on Window OS, open Acrobat DC, navigate to help menu & Repair the installation.

KB doc. for help Scan documents to PDF, Adobe Acrobat

Scanner issue Troubleshooting (Troubleshoot scanner issues in Adobe Acrobat‌ Keyword : Color Mode )

The problem was that the printer/scanner wasn't on the network. I had used

the WPS button on the wireless router to sync with the printer, as I was

directed by the printer's start-up menu. The people at Canon directed me to

manually setup the printer/scanner. After that, I still couldn't see

Autodetect Color on the Scan to PDF menu, so I went to the Preset Scan tab

and selected my scanner, put in my scanning parameters, and saved it. All

is good, and the Scan to PDF works great.

Thanks
