Please try referring this article and follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in it : Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during Adobe Creative Suite installation .

None of the options listed in the troubleshooter corrected the problem.

I'm now getting the message:

Errors encountered during installation (7)

For error code 7 , please refer this article and check : Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements, and Photoshop Elements
