Hi Try67,

Now updated to Adobe Acrobat DC version DC 2015.017.20053 also Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit. Playing around with permissions helps but noticed that that I have inherited permissions from C:\Users\Public\Desktop?

think that this is an administrative permissions problem perhaps?


Could be. Try running the application as an administrator.

Operating system? Version of Acrobat? We can't help you if you don't provide at least the most basic details about your system...

Hi Try67,

I trust that you are well & thanks for the feedback & in answer to your questions: - Windows 10, Acrobat DC 2015.017.200.50- Just installed & comes up with the error message. I can then give it admin rights through the shortcut but then get other messages like: -
