Acrobat Portfolio failed to convert files from excel file - Need Urgent Support

Hi All,

We have multiple customers that they are having issue with Adobe Acrobat Professional 10.1.2. Version.

Portfolio Option is not working on all the customers machine.

When we they try to convert Excel files to PDF Portfolio, its getting failed.

Can some one help us to resolve this issue. please help!!!
