Acrobat pro activates as standard
After we install the product and enter our serial number, we can briefly see that the pro version was installed. Then it asks us to log into our adobe account to activate. After doing so, the product launches as acrobat standard instead of pro.
We have tried reinstalling multiple times using download links that that adobe chat support provided. We have also tried using the uninstaller utility before installing and the same thing happens.
After several sessions of chat support, they advised us to try the forums instead.
